CALLING ALL SOUR LOVERS( i mean people who love sour food ex. berries)

oh my god, i have another obsession,
SORBET!
when it enters my mouth, the sourness .it just go 'walaoweyhhh'
and when it melts in the mouth it gives you one feeling of happiness and you feel so refreshed.
you can get sorbet dessert in any ice cream stores such as baskin robbin and ben and jerry's( i think), etc

about sorbet:
Sorbet is a frozen dessert made from sweetened water flavored with iced fruit (typically juice or puree), chocolate. The sorbet originated as the Middle Eastern drink charbet, made of sweetened fruit juice and water. The term sherbet or charbet is derived from Turkish: şerbat/şerbet, "sorbet", from the Persian sharbat, which in turn comes from the Arabic شربات sharbāt meaning "drink(s)" or "juice." [1] Sorbet is sometimes served between courses as a way to cleanse the palate before the main course.

GELATO

one of my favourite desserts

about gelato:

Gelato, or the plural gelati, is Italy's regional variant of ice cream. As such, gelato is made with some of the same ingredients as most other frozen dairy desserts. Milk, cream, various sugars, flavoring including fruit nut purees and air are the main ingredients.

Gelato differs from ice cream in that has a lower fat content, 3.5% for gelato versus 10-12% for ice-cream. Gelato has a a higher sugar content, 24% for gelato verses 14% for ice cream. Non-fat milk is added as a solid. The sugar content in gelato is balanced with the water content precisely to act as an anti-freeze, that is to prevent the product from freezing solid. The type of sugar used sucrose, dextrose and invert-sugar controls the apparent sweetness. Typically, gelato and Italian sorbet contain a stabilizing base. Egg yolks are used in yellow custard based gelato flavors including zabaione and creme caramel.
